Delivery & Returns
We deliver to some address in mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Europe. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Mainland UK Delivery Costs:
- Free Standard Delivery on orders £150 and over. Also on all gift vouchers and tasting tickets – Within 7 working days.
- Standard Delivery orders under £150- £9.50 – Within 7 working days
- Express Delivery – £19.50 – Within 1-3 working days
Delivery is made Monday – Friday no delivery Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. If the Carrier is unable to deliver the driver will leave a card and try to deliver the next day. If next day delivery fails again, a card will be left requesting that you pick up your order from the carriers depot. If the parcel is not picked up the carrier will return to Corks Out and the customer will have to pay for a further delivery. If the customer gives special instructions to Corks Out for the carrier to leave the parcel outside your house or with a neighbour it will be left at the customers own risk.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned.
