Bollinger Brut Rose Champagne

Bollinger Rose Champagne is modelled on the famous Bollinger Special Cuvee.

Reserve wines from older vintages and a selection of red grapes from the Grand Cru vineyards are added to the iconic blend, giving the Bollinger Rose Champagne deliciously different layers and a great complexity of flavours.

Sight: Brilliantly gold with a steady stream of fine bubbles, the Pinot Noir grapes add an intense depth of colour to the Bollinger Pink Champagne.

Aroma: Aromas of fruity redcurrants, cherries and wild strawberries are present, accompanied by a slight spice similar to the Special Cuvee.

Palate: Soft red fruit flavours are found on the palate, balanced by a good level of natural acidity and long, creamy finish. Full bodied and fresh, Bollinger Rose Champagne has the signature depth and intensity found in all Bollinger Champagnes.

Perfect when savoured on its own as an aperitif as a result of its distinctive flavours and style, the pink Bollinger Champagne also works well with light seafood dishes and fruity desserts.
