Boutinot’s very first French vineyards in the Southern Rhone are located near the town of Cairanne. They work very closely with other local growers to help develop and cultivate sensational wines using quality grapes from prized vineyards located around the Southern Rhone.
The wine is made up of 50% Grenache Blanc, 22% Viognier, 15% Rousanne & Marsanne and 13% Clairette & Bourboulec. Gentle pressing and cool fermentation predominately using stainless steel to keep freshness yet small portions of the juice are aged in French Oak to create texture, richness and a subtle creaminess.
