France > Loire > Sancerre
Sauvignon Blanc
Langlois Chateau
Salads, Thai
This bottle of Sancerre is light yellow colour with green reflections. Very aromatic nose, on white fruits and citrus fruits. On the palate, very good balance and freshness, highlighted by the aromatic side on citrus fruits brought to you by winemaker François-Régis de Fougeroux.
Located on the left side of the Loire, the Sancerre vineyard covers 2 770 hectares and 14 cities in the department of the Cher. Sancerre is one of the main Appellations of the Loire Valley Vineyard. Terroirs are carefully selected with dominance in Limestone. Fermentation occures in small thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured on lees until bottling in spring
Serve with goat’s cheese, seafood and as an apéritif for the greed of its fruit. Enjoy whilst young (within 3 years).
