Pyren Vineyard Sparkling Shiraz

Pyren Vineyard Sparkling Shiraz is a rich and distinctive sparkling red wine, offering a more robust and savoury style of fizz.

Made using the traditional method, this sparkling Shiraz combines vibrant red and black fruit with spicy complexity and subtle oak influence. Flavours of cherry, raspberry, clove and black pepper lead the way, while hints of cedar and a meaty savoury edge add depth and character.

This is a wonderfully different sparkling wine and a great conversation bottle, particularly well suited to food.
